Srijit Mukherjee has been appointed as General Counsel at Node4 Ltd. The company works with public and private sector organisations across the UK and enables to adopt technology and infrastructure.

With over 18 years of experience in the legal and commercial domain, Mukherjee is a seasoned in-house counsel.  In his previous role at HCL Tech, Mukherjee was responsible for overseeing complex and strategic contracts across various business verticals, including technology, outsourcing, digital, software products, SaaS, and cloud services. He also provided legal guidance and support to the leadership and C-suite executives on various business, compliance, operational, and financial matters.

He is a certified Contract and Commercial Management Practitioner (CCMP) and an advocate registered with the Bar Council of India. Mukherjee graduated from the prestigious National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, and earned a master's degree in Cyber Law and Information Security from the Indian Institute of Information Technology. He has also received multiple awards and recognitions for his excellence in commercial contracting and trusted advisory.
