Eshani Kaul Joins Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys As Partner

IP Laywer Eshani Kaul has joined Sujata Chaudhari IP Attorneys as Partner.  With her deep expertise and passion for intellectual property law, Eshani brings a wealth of experience in IP to her new role. In her previous assignment, Kaul enjoyed a 13 year stint at Saikrishna and Associates, where she started her journey as an IP lawyer with a focus on trade mark and brand protection law.

Kaul's forte lies in advising a wide range of local and international clients in relation to all aspects of brand protection including IP due diligence, trade mark clearance searches, registrability issues, filing and prosecution of trade mark applications, assignments, oppositions, revocation and invalidity actions, domain name disputes and complete portfolio management. She has also counseled clients regarding protection of copyright and Geographical Indications.
