Amar Kumar Sundaram Appointed As General Counsel- Sr. VP (Legal) And Chief Compliance Officer For NEC Corporation India
Award-winning in-house counsel Mr Amar Kumar Sundaram has been appointed as General counsel- Sr. VP (Legal) and Chief Compliance Officer for NEC Corporation India.
Prior to joining NEC corporation Mr Sundram was working as head of legal, regulatory affairs and governance for RBS group.
With over 25 years of rich and diverse experience in the industry Mr Sundram has gained expertise in governance, compliance, risk mitigation and corporate advisory. He has also handled multi jurisdictional and complex contractual issues with elan.
Mr Sundram started his journey in law as Head - Legal at DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd soon after completing his law graduation from Delhi University.
