[40Under40] Second Leg Of BW Legal World's Virtual Jury Meet Ends On A High Note
What makes for a splendid jury meet when it comes to choosing India's top most 40Under40 lawyers and legal influencers?
Well, deliberations and quality discussions over shortlisting a particular candidate form the heart of the jury process. And when you have 120+ nominations from 60+ law firms, selecting the best from a list of potential winners is bound to be a tall order.
The seasoned jury members with a combined experience of 300+ years in the industry were equally up to the task. The jury was delighted to see the diverse and interesting mix of nominees for this year's 40Under40. It not only took a keen interest in every candidate's journey but also made sure that each candidate gets a fair opportunity to present his or her case. Considering the number of participants this year, the jury meet rolled over to two sessions to accommodate and allow every candidate to make their elevator pitch in front of the Jury.
The jury members volleyed some interesting questions at the candidates. While some candidates came up with confident and measured responses, some were caught a little off guard. Nonetheless, every candidate had an interesting journey to share. While each nominee was an achiever in his own right, the candidates who have had the most impactful journeys in their relatively young careers made the cut.
The coveted and much awaited list of 40 under 40 winners will be announced in the company of industry leaders and seasoned lawyers on September, 18th, 2021.
