Growing up seeing her father and grandfather work, naturally steered Hetal towards law as a career. Initially she was leaning towards litigation or role in judiciary. It wasn’t until she interned at Crawford Bayley & Co, Mumbai with Mr. C. M Maniar during her college days at Government Law College that she discovered other aspects of legal profession. Subsequently, when she worked with Mr. Sanjay Asher at Crawford Bayley & Co, she found myself fascinated by corporate law, negotiations and the realm of M&A.
