SNG & Partners advised LIC Housing Finance Limited on credit facilities (for onward lending) amounting to INR 350 crores, which were sanctioned to Shubham Housing Development Finance Company Limited.
SNG & Partners provided legal advisory and documentation support, including negotiating and finalising the facility and security documents.
The transaction was concluded end-to-end under tight timelines. The SNG team had to coordinate well inter-se and also with the lender and the borrower to ensure that comments were sought, discussed and incorporated in the shortest possible time.
