Khaitan & Co advised Venturi Partners in relation to acquisition of 5.12 per cent stake ($27 million) in K-12 Techno Services Private Ltd through a secondary share purchase from its existing shareholder, Navneet Learning LLP. K-12 Techno Services Private Ltd provides education-related services to over 800 private educational institutions, with more than 3,00,000 students enrolled in educational institutions across India, under multiple brands.
