Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma Transferred To Punjab And Haryana HC

Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma of the Patna High Court is set to be transferred to the Punjab and Haryana High Court in accordance with the Supreme Court Collegium notification of 29 March.

He is originally of the Rajasthan High Court, which is his parent High Court and he requested repatriation to the same based on his health grounds as Patna did not have the necessary medical facilities. However, that was not granted, but his subsequent request to be transferred to the Punjab and Haryana High Court was accepted and allowed by the Supreme Court collegium. The Union Law Minister has announced the same on his Twitter account.
