Deutsche Telekom Takes India Award Worth More Than US$135 Mil. to US
According to the publication, Global Arbitration Review, Deutsche Telekom has applied to a
US court to enforce an investment treaty award of more than US$135 million against
India, disclosing that the state “essentially prevailed” during the quantum phase of the case.
