Utkarsh Bandhu Joins Argus Partners As Equity Partner

Utkarsh Bandhu has joined Argus Partners' Mumbai office as an Equity Partner in the Banking and Finance practice, effective July 25, 2024.

Utkarsh is a Banking and Finance lawyer and holds extensive experience in various transactions, including cross-border bond issuances, debt capital markets, project financing, offshore borrowings, overseas direct investments, restructuring, acquisition financing, real estate financing, consortium lending, syndication, receivables purchase transactions, and regulatory advisory.

Prior to joining Argus Partners, Utkarsh was a Partner at JSA and has also worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.

He graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ) in 2009.
