Jain said that as a professional she does not look for perfection but rather for potential when she seeks co-workers

Mentoring the next generation in the legal field, especially in the context of global markets, is both a responsibility and an opportunity to shape the future of the profession.

Drawing from a career spanning decades, it becomes clear that the intersection of law, business, and global dynamics offers invaluable lessons for aspiring legal professionals.

Pratibha Jain, Group General Counsel & Head of Strategy, Everstone Group has studied in the best institutions of the world and worked for top-tier law firms.

Jain said that as a professional she does not look for perfection but rather for potential when she seeks for co-workers. She said that drive is important to survive the legal profession even if one knows the law in and out completely.

Jain also mentioned that as a mentor she believes in giving a chance to the young potential and said, “If they already know everything, why they would need you”.

For Jain, true leadership is giving back to the society and people we all are part of. As a woman, she believes that they never get level play field but instead of complaining we need to go through it and emerge winner.
