Triumvir Law, a multi-service law firm has onboarded Ajay Kumar as a Partner. With a remarkable career spanning over 10 years, Ajay brings extensive experience in arbitration, commercial litigation, and cross-border dispute resolution to the firm. Prior to joining Triumvir Law, Ajay was in private practice after having been a Principal Associate at Samvad Partners.
Ajay has previously represented several clients in nuanced arbitration cases, including construction, infrastructure, and international commercial disputes white collar criminal disputes as well as investigations. Ajay has extensive experience across courts in Mumbai and Bangalore. Ajay’s presence will further enhance the firm’s capabilities in both Delhi, and Bangalore, ensuring that the firm’s Bangalore disputes practice complements the established Delhi practice, which remains a key hub for litigation.
