To my team at Pernod - I remain your crazy, unconventional boss for another few months. You are each amazing, talented and wonderful individuals who have made my journey here so worthwhile and memorable. I have learnt so much from you. Post October, I am a friend and sounding board for life!

To my future team - I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of you. I have big shoes to fill and I hope to do so in my own style and with a lot of help from you guys.

Here’s to transitions, change, loads of curiosity, collaboration and learning - and all the wonderful things that come with it, wrote Roy in a LinkedIn post.
