SNG & Partners has advised ICICI Prudential on the acquisition of a premium commercial property in Kalina Vakola, developed by Kalpataru Group. The deal involved the purchase of a commercial tower spanning approximately 60,000 sq. ft. of carpet area, along with 114 car parking spaces. This acquisition was part of ICICI Prudential’s strategic move to relocate its office base.
SNG has provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction. Their advisory encompassed thorough title due diligence and the drafting of various transaction documents. The deal, valued at INR 315 Crores, successfully closed in June after a rigorous six-month negotiation process.
