SNG & Partners Assists Investors, Debenture Trustee On Issuance Of Non Convertible Debentures By DLF Home Developers

SNG & Partners has assisted the investor and the debenture trustee in relation to the issuance of 60,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, rupee denominated, non-convertible debentures having a face value of INR 1,00,000 each aggregating up to INR 600,00,00,000 issued and allotted by DLF Home Developers Ltd.

SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to the investors and debenture trustee. The firm provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction including but not limited to the reviewing, negotiation and finalisation of transaction documents and subsequent listing of the debentures on the stock exchange.
