SNG & Partners has advised a large global multinational bank in India in relation to green loan facilities amounting to INR. 450 Crores sanctioned to Manyata Promoters Private Limited for its green project namely Embassy Manyata Business Park, located at Bengaluru.
SNG has provided legal advisory and documentation support; negotiating and finalising the facility and security documents for the same. The SNG team had coordinated well with the lender and the borrower to settle documents in a timely manner.
