SNG & Partners Acts As Legal Counsel To Mundra Petrochem For Availing Project Finance Facility

Mundra Petrochem Limited has availed project finance facility of INR 19,876 crores from State Bank of India for setting up greenfield polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant in Mundra, Gujarat with annual production capacity of 1 MMTPA.

SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to Mundra Petrochem Limited and provided legal advise on the transaction, including reviewing, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents for availing the said project finance facility.

The advising team from SNG & Partners was led by the Ms. Anju Gandhi (Partner – Head of Banking & Finance) with able assistance from Ms. Rashmi Raveendran (Associate Partner), Hetal Sheth (Associate Partner), Mr. Prateek Mohnot (Senior Associate) and Ms. Avni Gupta (Senior Associate).
