Saraf And Partners Advises In Loan Facility Availed By Kesoram Industries

Saraf and Partners advised in respect of providing a term loan facility amounting to INR 1850 crores to Kesoram Industries Ltd by Tata Capital Limited, Hero Fincorp Limited and Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited.  

The Firm also assisted in downsell of the Facility to the following lenders: Tourism Finance Corporation of India Limited; Nomura Capital (India) Private Limited; Piramal Enterprises Limited; and Aditya Birla Finance Limited.

Additionally, the Firm acted for issuance of non-convertible debentures by Kesoram Industries Limited, aggregating to INR 320 crores on a private placement basis, for the purpose of part repayment of the term loan facility extended by Tata Capital Limited

The transaction was led by Partner Designate, Satyadarshi Kunal. Partner, Abir Lal Dey has also provided certain strategic inputs.
