Padmini Rathore Joins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas As Chief Revenue Officer, Managing Partner’s Office

Padmini Rathore will be joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Chief Revenue Officer, Managing Partner’s Office. She will be based in New Delhi.

Padmini is an experienced CXO with over 20 years of experience in business strategy, financial management, organizational governance, efficiency management, and marketing communications (branding and PR). She brings a deep understanding of professional service firms, including law firms, having worked with the likes of Accenture, erstwhile Amarchand and Mangaldas, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, DSK Legal and Khaitan & Co.

Padmini is a certified PCC level leadership coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She has been recognized as "One of the most promising women leaders of 2021" by the Economic Times.
