Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for and advised State Bank of India in a financing transaction aggregating up to INR 4.36 Billion sanctioned to Solarcraft Power India 21 Private Limited (a SPV of BluPine Energy) for its 120 MW solar project at Panshina and Radhanpur District in the State of Gujarat, India.
