Lex Favios advised Banni Group on the transaction along with JLL and Mr. Sahil Bhatia Managing Director - Baani Group headed the negotiations with Hilton. Hilton was represented by its in house team Ms. Sonam Mittal and Mr. Jacob Purackal.
Lex Favios team headed by Sumes Dewan, Managing Partner and Senior Associate Tanya Mishra represented Baani Group as its legal counsels with respect to negotiations with Hilton for Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center.
Baani Group has tied up with Hilton Hotels for operating and managing Hotel at Baani City Center, which shall be known as Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center.
The firm's role was advising and negotiating on the entire transaction and review of contracts including but not limited to Branding & Management Agreement and Hotel Specific Services Agreement for the operations of the Hotel.
