Khaitan & Co advised Premji Invest on leading the Series B round of financing of Dezerv Investments Private Limited which also saw participation from certain existing investors including Matrix, Elevation, and Accel. Premji Invest is one of the largest India based private equity and venture capital investment fund backed by Mr Azim Premji.
