Khaitan & Co. Advises Lightspeed Venture Partners

Khaitan & Co advised Lightspeed Venture Partners on India law aspects in relation to co-investment by Lightspeed with new investors, Avra fund and Avenir and certain existing investors in Kiranakart Pte. Ltd., which runs Zepto, for approximately USD 665 million.

The core transaction team consisted of Nidhi Killawala (Partner), Srikant C.V.
