Khaitan & Co advised HDFC Bank Limited in relation to financial assistance of INR 977.90 crores (approx.) (along with sub-limits thereunder) to NTT Global Data Centers Del2 Private Limited for the purpose of:
- acquisition of assets from NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited (GDCCI);
- meeting future capital expenditure requirement in relation to development of 22.4 MW data center asset and related infrastructure in Greater Noida.
