Khaitan & Co advised Columbia Pacific group in relation to its investment in Lifebridge Senior Care Private Limited (KITES Senior Care). Upon completion of the transaction, Columbia Pacific group will hold approximately 30 per cent stake in KITES Senior Care. The core transaction team advised the client on all legal aspects of the transaction.
