Khaitan & Co. Acts As Lenders' Legal Counsel To Funds Managed By Vivriti Asset Management

Khaitan & Co. acted as lenders' legal counsel to funds managed by Vivriti Asset Management Private Limited in relation to their investment through subscription of unlisted, unrated, secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures issued by (i) Vishwa Samudra Engineering Private Limited; and (ii) Vishwa Samudra Holdings Private Limited, on a private placement basis aggregating to INR 350 Crores, under a cross-collateralization structure.
