Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to Guindy Infocity LLP and advised it in relation to structuring negotiation and finalisation of definitive agreements for undertaking construction and development of a luxury project comprising of premium residential apartments at 4 Sunny Park in Kolkata. The Firm was also involved in structuring the project as per RERA guidelines and provided end-to-end assistance in finalising all project documentation and rendering necessary advisory in relation to statutory compliances.
