Ketan Mukhija And Abhinav Agnihotri Move From Dentons Link Legal To Burgeon Law

Burgeon Law recently expanded their partnership with the onboarding of Ketan Mukhija as Senior Partner and Abhinav Agnihotri as Partner. With this, the total strength of Partners in the firm has gone up to 6 (Six).

Ketan was previously a partner at Dentons Link Legal and brings extensive expertise in complex M&A transactions (both public and private), corporate restructurings, banking and finance, capital markets, competition law, intellectual property and labor/ employment issues. A 2007 law graduate from National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad, Ketan has worked with several Indian and International Firms (including Herbert Smith Freehills, London), as well as served as the Senior Vice President (Legal, Corporate Strategy and Planning) at the Kanoria Foundation, an infrastructure conglomerate.

Abhinav, also a former partner at Dentons Link Legal, brings expertise in respect of contentious matters relating to construction, infrastructure, public law and white-collar crime.  At Burgeon Law, he will build the dispute resolution practice for the firm.

Along with the above Partners, the firm has also added 5 new lawyers to its Delhi offices.
