Jasleen Oberoi Appointed As General Counsel, At KPMG In India

Jasleen Oberoi has been appointed As General Counsel at KPMG In India.

Prior to her new role, Oberoi was a member of the Executive Committee of JCB India where she spearheaded the Legal & Secretarial functions at JCB India and other group companies in the India region .

She was also serving as a director & trustee of several JCB companies & trusts in India and closely involved with the CSR activities being carried out by the JCB group.

Oberoi started her career at Chambers of Jayant Bhushan and went on to work at Dua Associates and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co during the course of her illustrious career. She possesses vast experience in commercial arbitrations, corporate litigations, competition law , IT and general corporate advisory practice.
