INDUSLAW advised Power Finance Corporation Limited in relation to the term loan of USD 145.34 million finance availed by the ACME Sikar Solar Private Limited ("ACME") for setting-up and implementation of a 300 MW (450 MWp) solar PV power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
This transaction was one of the biggest deals executed by ACME in the solar power sector so far this year.
