INDUSLAW Advises G.O.A.T Brand Labs

INDUSLAW advised G.O.A.T Brand Labs on a mix of equity and debt investment from Blackrock, Mayfield, NB Ventures, and others, which investment will be utilised towards expanding its existing brands including Chumbak, Pepe Jeans, and The Label Life.

The deal team comprised Mayukh Datta (Partner), Amar KM (Senior Associate) and Aparimita Choudhary (Associate). The deal team which dealt with Debt related issues comprised Pritha Chatterjee (Partner) and Neeati Narayan (Principal Associate).
