Deal Description: Advised Authentix Inc., a portfolio company of Blue Water Energy,  on the India leg of the transaction in relation to acquisition of Strategic IP Information Pte Ltd (SIPI), Asia's brand and content rights protection provider, along with the Indian subsidiaries Digital IP Insights Private Limited and Strategic Intellectual Property Consultants Private Limited by Authentix Inc.
