Mr. Gyanendra Kumar has been designated as a Senior Advocate by the Delhi High Court.
Gyanendra has experience of over 29 years in advising both Indian and foreign clients, including investors and multinationals, in a broad variety of areas, across multiple courts and tribunals in India. Areas of disputes which Gyanendra has been involved in, amongst others, are Restructuring, Mergers & Amalgamation, Insolvency proceedings, Commercial disputes, arbitration & pre-arbitration litigation, and white-collar crime.
Gyanendra has also represented the Confederation of Indian Industries before the Joint Committee of the Lok Sabha (House of People of the Indian Parliament) presenting the industry view on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
Upon his designation, Gyanendra will be stepping down from the partnership.
On his appointment as a Senior Advocate, Mr. Gyanendra Kumar, said, " It is an extremely proud moment to be considered worthy of the honour of designation as a Senior Advocate.
