Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Onboards Ratnadeep Roychowdhury As Partner

Ratnadeep Roychowdhury will be rejoining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Corporate Practice. He will be based in Mumbai office.

Ratnadeep has over 17 years of experience as a commercial lawyer, with top law firms and as the India GC at a private equity firm. He brings a unique mix of transactional experience and expertise in leading high profile, high stakes corporate litigation. He has an established market reputation for executing complex, cross border transactions for leading private equity and sovereign wealth funds investing into India.

Ratnadeep had joined erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., Mumbai office in June 2007 after completing graduation from NUJS, Kolkata and was with the firm till 2011.
