The promotion brings the firm's partner count to 15, with 40 per cent being female partners.
Mahima Singh, a key member of the Restructuring and Insolvency team based in the New Delhi office, has been with the firm for almost 8 years. She routinely advises creditors, debtors, resolution professionals, liquidators, and investors and other stakeholders, on a range of issues relating to debt restructuring, resolution and liquidation under Indian restructuring and insolvency laws. She appears across NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts and the Supreme Court. Mahima has acted for clients like RPs of Trimax IT, Ricoh, Patna Highway, Sarga Hotel, Future Enterprises, liquidator of Innoventive, HDO, Provogue, Chowgule Group and Refex Group among others. A member of INSOL International, INSOL India and the India Network of International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC - India), Mahima has also been admitted to the prestigious NextGen Leadership Program of the International Insolvency Institute.
Mehul Parti is based in New Delhi and is part of the Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Litigation team at C&M for the past 9 years. As a part of the Dispute Resolution team, he appears and advises clients from the telecom, automobile, infrastructure and real estate, renewable energy, FMCG, housing-finance sectors among others. As a part of the Regulatory Litigation team, he appears and advises in investigations pertaining to white collar crimes, competition, electricity, environment, and telecom matters. Mehul represents sector leading companies like HP, Honda, Hyundai, Jaypee, Indus Towers, Emaar, Sembcorp, Bharti Realty, Brookfield etc. before courts and tribunals in India.
Mitesh Shah has over 16 years of experience in practicing corporate and commercial laws and is based at the firm’s Mumbai office. He has advised clients on a wide spectrum of corporate matters. His expertise lies in Mergers & Acquisitions, cross border transactions, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory. He has worked and advised several industry verticals like, manufacturing, services, hospitality, healthcare/hospitals, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, start-ups, fintech, food business operators and logistics sector.
