CBI Court To Announce Final Judgment In Jiah Khan Suicide Case

10 years after the demise of Bollywood actress Jiah Khan by suicide, CBI Court in Bombay will announce the final judgment today. Sooraj Pancholi, Actor and son of Aditya Pancholi has been facing charges for abetting the suicide of Jiah Khan after the Police found out handwritten suicide note addressing Sooraj Pancholi, his partner back then. Rabia Khan, Jiah Khan;s mother had serious allegations against him including physically abusing Jiah Khan and that it was a murder and not suicide. He was charged under Section 306( abetment to suicide).

Nafisa's ( Jiah Khan's real name) case was transferred to the CBI after her mother moved the Court for a CBI probe and it was finally transferred from the Maharashtra Police. Sooraj Pancholi debuted in 2015 and according to him the media over the years have been responsible for ruining his career as these news have always been detrimental while he signed any new contract. He has been seen in films like Satellite Shankar(2019) and Time to Dance(2021).
