Khaitan & Co advised Mizuho Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Barclays Bank PLC, DBS Bank Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, MUFG Securities Asia Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, acting as the managers  in connection with the issuance of USD 500 million 4.75 per cent Notes due 2029 by REC Limited under its USD 10 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme, and listed on the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange (India INX) and NSE International Exchange (NSE IFSC).
