Burgeon Law has promoted Abhisshek Singlla as Partner and Ankit Bhasin as Associate Partner. 

Abhisshek Singlla, who joined the firm last year, is an experienced corporate lawyer, having spent over a decade in the legal profession. He has an impressive track record of providing valuable legal advisory and transactional services to clients in variety of practice areas including Project Finance, Private Equity/Venture Capital investments, Acquisitions and General Corporate Commercial matters. Ankit Bhasin, on the other hand, holds an expertise of more than 8 years in the field of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions providing structuring, negotiations, closing transactions, Legal Due Diligence and Corporate Law Advisory.
