Shameek Chaudhuri, Ex Senior Partner, AZB, has launched Avyakta Law, a boutique Law Firm, specialising in corporate and advisory services.

Chaudhuri  has  an  extensive  career  spanning  over  25  years.
His  areas  of expertise include corporate advisory, cross border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, financial services as well as capital markets transactions. With

he
has

approach that
enables him
to
deliver

that
