AZB and Partners has appointed SEBI's Harini Balaji as Senior Consultant Balaji will be based out of Mumbai.
Harini has over 32 years of work experience, including over 26 years in regulatory governance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Throughout her career, she has primarily focused on policy initiatives in areas such as fund management, corporate restructuring, primary markets, listing, governance, secondary markets, and debt and hybrid securities, including InvITs and REITs. Additionally, she has worked extensively in the enforcement areas of surveillance and investigation.
