Amit Goel has joined PI Industries as the Vice President - Head of Legal.
Previously, Goel was Legal Director at Flipkart.
Goel has over nineteen years of experience in providing legal support and guidance to various business functions and stakeholders. He has diverse expertise in negotiating and drafting high value, multi jurisdictional contracts & transactions, investment documentation, due diligence, litigation, arbitration and various regulatory compliance across multiple industries.
In his role at Flipkart, Goel worked with the senior management and the legal team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Flipkart's e-commerce platform and its subsidiaries.
