The road to transformation was challenging. Internal resistance to change in the team was partly due to work pressure and a lack of appreciation for automation. Additionally, resource and funding limitations made automation difficult. however, Jyothi VK, General Counsel, and Senior VP, ABFRL decided to push forward, collaborating with the in-house IT team and small vendors to develop a website and automate approval processes using existing infrastructure.
