Veritas Legal advised Creador V L.P and Creador Private Equity.

The deal pertained to investment by way of a combination of primary subscription and small secondary purchase acquiring approximately 19.6 per cent of the share capital of Hinduja Tech Limited.

The firm advised Creador Private Equity for:

a. Conducting legal due diligence on Hinduja Tech Limited and its subsidiaries. 

b. Drafting, negotiating and finalising the transaction documents for the investment in Hinduja Tech. 

The partners who worked on the deal were Manav Raheja (Senior Partner) and Shubhangi Pathak (Partner).

The team which worked on transaction documents and diligence comprised Aditya Thakore and Janhavi Rajkumar.

The team which worked on diligence comprised Hiral, Hriday, Madhulika, Swasti, Trisha, Vanshika and Nishtha.
