Veritas Legal advised and represented Mirae Asset Late-Stage Opportunities Fund on its investment in Ummeed Housing Finance through a primary investment and secondary purchase of shares from Lightrock PE. We negotiated a shareholder’s agreement which provides Mirae with a significant nature of minority protection and governance rights.
