Kavita Jha, Senior Partner at Vaish Associates Advocates and esteemed member of the firm’s Tax Group, has been designated a Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court of India.
Ms. Jha has been integral to Vaish Associates Advocates since 2003, specialising in tax litigation, criminal law, and arbitration. An Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court since 2007, she has represented a diverse clientele, including the Union of India, various state governments, and leading public and private sector organisations.
Ms. Jha’s expertise extends beyond her practice. She is a visiting faculty at IMT Ghaziabad and Symbiosis Law School, Noida, sharing her knowledge and experience with future legal professionals. She is also actively involved in pro-bono initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to access to justice.
