Supreme Court Bars Lawyer's Clerk From SC premises for 3 months After Finding him Guilty of Sexual Harassment

The Supreme Court’s, Gender Sensitisation and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) has found Mr Ashok Saini, guilty of sexual harassment within court premises. Mr Saini, works as a clerk for an advocate. He was adjudged guilty after an enquiry was conducted by the said committee in this regard.

"Mr Ashok Saini has been found guilty and debarred from entering the precincts of the Supreme Court of India for a period of three months from July 1, 2021, till September 30, 2021," the notice issued by GSICC stated.
