Sudipta Chakraborty joins Aditya Birla Group as Vice President - Group Legal & Compliance. Prior to joining Aditya Birla Group, she worked as the General Counsel and Head of Compliance at RoundGlass.

Chakraborty is a General Counsel with nineteen years of post qualification experience, having a business-centric approach in managing complex legal, regulatory, forensic and compliance mandates. She has proven expertise in process, culture and compliance integration of group and portfolio companies. She has built and scaled strong global and regional Legal, compliance and tax teams for start-ups and fortune 100 companies across sectors.
