Stratage Law Partners Advises SMS Integrated Facility Services On Business Transfer Deal

Flexible workspace provider Awfis Space Solutions has entered into a business transfer agreement with SMS Integrated Facility Services (SMS) for the transfer of its facility management division – Awfis Care to SMS. Stratage Law Partners advised SMS Integrated Facility Services in relation to the transaction, preparing the transaction documents, and assisting in the execution and closing of the transactions.
