Khaitan & Co Advises Delta Corp In Relation To Demerger

Khaitan & Co advised Delta Corp Limited (Formerly Arrow Webtex Ltd) in relation to demerger of the hospitality and real estate business of Delta Corp Limited into Delta Penland Private Limited, that will be listed on the stock exchanges pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 230 - 232 read with Section 66 of the Companies Act, 2013 with mirror shareholding.
