S&R Associates Represents Tata Communications

S&R Associates represented Tata Communications Limited, a listed telecommunications company, in the INR 4.58 billion sale of an identified digital services business to its wholly-owned subsidiary Novamesh Limited, an information technology-enabled and related services provider.
